We are located in Doha Qatar; We have been licensed in the State of Qatar for the past 18 years. Our license number is 25763400108 & 26381801238. We specialize in earthwork, decorative site grading, excavation of detention ponds, installation of geotextile fabric, erosion control, storm drainage, water & sewer, asphalt paving, and concrete paving for both private commercial developments and public entities as well.

As construction managers, we work in tandem with the owner and project team to outline project criteria and objectives. We offer our full services to budget, estimate, and bid, and buyout projects under the owner's interest and can supervise, coordinate, and direct project operations as the owner's agent.
Qatari Engineering Business Company’s experience in site evaluation enables us to assist our Clients in site selection by preparing site work budgets prior to expenditures for the top so, surveys, grading plans, utility plans, or soil reports. We work closely with our clients to determine the issues of each individual site with regard to governmental matters, permitting, infrastructure, site layout, utilities, and scheduling.

QUALITY
Through built-in monitoring and implementation procedures, Qatari Engineering Business Company is committed to delivering a quality construction project and final product. The procedures begin during the pre-construction phase with in-house plan reviews, budgeting and value engineering services, and subcontractor selection. After construction has commenced, quality is achieved through a series of pre-construction conferences for coordinating the various phases of work, monitoring shop drawings and submittals for adherence to plans and specifications, maintaining a clean and safe project site, and employing qualified and competent field supervision. The Quality Control procedures mesh together through a concentrated effort of teamwork involving Qatari Engineering Business Company Estimators, Project Managers, Safety Director, and Field Staff to deliver the Client a successful project
General Construction
CONSTRUCTION
Qatari Engineering Business Company wants to be recognized as a top general contractor. Our experience and reputation are built on fulfilling our clients needs. As a full-service construction provider, we work closely with the project team from project conception to project completion. We perform all of the office support, field administration, supervision; coordination, and scheduling of work ourselves and will typically perform specific trade work (i.e. foundations, concrete, forming, carpentry, layout, mill-work accessories, hardware, etc.) with our own forces.

QEC is also committed to the protection and improvement of the environment in which it operates. QEC will conduct all its work in accordance with the statutory or national requirements of The State Of Qatar. QEC recognizes that good health, safety, and environmental performance are paramount and, therefore, will provide all necessary funding to carry out its activities to ensure that all risks are minimized.
It will achieve this by:
• Eliminating hazards, conditions, and situations that give rise to potential accidents. Where this is not practicable then measures will be put in place to reduce these hazards to a manageable level.
• Training employees in safe working practices and regularly updating this knowledge.
• Consulting with employees’ representatives on the matter of health and safety on a regular basis and stressing that continuous improvement is the responsibility of management and employees alike.
• Providing a safe working environment that considers the necessary protection of employees with regard to access and egress, machinery, lighting, housekeeping, safe working procedures, and safe use of substances, etc. Where this is not possible or practicable, protective equipment will be provided to protect against the identified hazards.
• Providing adequate first aid and fire fighting facilities, as well as accident prevention and health surveillance, to improve standards of safety and reduce accidents and lost time.
• Ensuring employees understand their duties under the health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Conducting its business in an environmentally sensitive manner, taking appropriate measures to avoid causing environmental damage, and reducing environmental impacts to a minimum when these are unavoidable.
• Reviewing and revising this policy at regular intervals.

MANAGER
Eng. Mahmoud Younes, the founder and managing director of the company carries with him over 30 years of experience in the Gulf Countries Before he 20 years he is in Qatar.
QEC Group has the versatility to carry out the following types of projects: -
Luxurious Apartment Blocks, Palaces, Luxury Villas, etc. Special Building Projects, Interior Decoration Works Fitting–out and Joinery Works for Banks, Hotels, etc. Structural Repairs and Rehabilitation Works QEC Group has the in-house capability to carry out Turnkey projects with the help of its extensive network of associates in the field of interior Decoration, structural design, and Electro-Mechanical design.
